The
Payment
Services at our clinic must be paid for by cash, credit cards or debit cards. Personal checks cannot be accepted. Upon request, insurance forms are filled out and any refund is sent to the patient.
The Causeway Medical Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon, as well as Saturdays from 8:30 in the morning until 2:00 in the afternoon. 3040 Ridgelake Drive Exit I-10 at Causeway North and continue on Causeway to W. Esplanade. Turn right, go 1 block then turn right on Ridgelake. Go 6 blocks to Causeway Medical Suite, located on the right side of the street.
